Rev. Johannys Hartog

 

Rev. Johannys Hartog is our new Senior Minister as of July 1st, 2026.
She is ordained not only as a Unity Minister, but also as a priest in the Old Catholic Church and an “Accessing Inner Wisdom Counselor” by Pathways of Light, which uses “A Course in Miracles” as its curriculum.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a Masters in Education.  With her husband, Jack, she co-founded in 2021 Unity Namaste of Ajijic, now Unity Ajijic, the only Unity Ministry in Mexico, and Unity Para Todos in 2010, a Spanish language Unity Ministry. 

Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in Puerto Rico, Rev. Johannys before
discovering Unity:

·       acted, sang and danced professionally (principally in Puerto Rico), including leading roles in telenovelas and  her own TV show, "Contigo Johannys";
·       apprenticed as a Carmelite nun;
·       worked as an industrial engineer; and 
·       taught bilingual math in middle schools.

She has recorded two CDs in Spanish with her own original spiritual songs.

The Sunday services and teachings of Rev. Johannys blend empowering messages, music and meditation, that will uplift your life through practical spirituality.
